Order processing – Price policy
Orders are accepted and shipments are made only within Greece, Europe and the countries mentioned in the shipping countries in the online store lists. Orders are processed within eight working hours (9:00 am – 17:00 pm) except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
The listed prices of the products are the final ones (ie VAT is included). Nimaplexi.gr reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to the customer. Of course, the customer always pays at the time of receipt of the goods, the price which was listed in the relevant price lists for this product at the time of order.
Confirmation of the order
After the order of the user / customer, the Company will contact the latter via e-mail (at the email address indicated by the customer) and / or telephone number to confirm the purchase.
Product availability
If any of the goods ordered by a customer are not available, the Company will contact him via e-mail and / or telephone, within a reasonable time from the placement of the order, to inform him of the possible delivery time. In this case, he has the possibility, if you consider that this period is not enough for him, to request the withdrawal of the order of the said product. Any other order can be executed normally.
Receipt of order
The delivery of the product is done only to the buyer and it is required to present to the courier the original identity card or passport of the applicant for the order and the registration of his personal data.
After the signature – acceptance of the customer-recipient of the relevant Delivery Note, it will not be possible to identify any disputes concerning the delivery.
Delivery of Products / Shipping-Cash on Delivery
Delivery takes place within the next 2-4 working days from the day of the order and depends on the availability of the products. In exceptional cases and if the customer has been informed in advance, the delivery time can be extended.
Return products
You have the right to return the products you bought to us within 14 days of receiving them without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned. To be accepted the return must: a) the products have not been used and b) must be returned with the retail receipt. Your refund will be made within 30 days from the date we receive the products. In this case you will be charged only with the cost of returning the products. Our company is not responsible for products lost during the return process. Cancellation of order
Cancellation of an order can be done before the date of shipment by our company.
